Terms of Service

1. Parties

This Terms of Service agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the Seller identified below and the user ("Buyer" or "Consumer") who makes purchases through the shop.ssilistre.dev website. By completing a purchase, the Buyer accepts all terms herein.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement governs the sale and delivery of digital products purchased electronically by the Buyer through the shop.ssilistre.dev website, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the Distance Contracts Regulation, and applicable legislation.

3. Digital Product Definition and Delivery

Products offered through SSilistre Shop are entirely digital in nature and include the following categories:

  • Digital downloads (software, templates, e-books, etc.)
  • Software licenses (activation keys)
  • Online courses and educational content
  • Subscription-based services
  • Pay-as-you-go API tokens and credits

Digital products are delivered electronically and instantly upon successful completion of payment. Download links and/or license keys are made accessible through the Buyer's dashboard at shop.ssilistre.dev.

4. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 15 of Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Article 15(g) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts concerning services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.

Since all digital products sold through SSilistre Shop are delivered instantly in electronic form or their performance begins immediately upon completion of payment, the Buyer does not have a right of withdrawal. The Buyer acknowledges and accepts that they have been informed of this condition prior to completing the purchase and waive their right of withdrawal by accepting this Agreement.

In the event that a product cannot be delivered or accessed due to a technical malfunction, the Buyer may contact our support team at hi@ssilistre.dev to request a resolution.

5. License Terms

The following conditions apply to software licenses:

  • Each license key may be activated on the number of devices specified on the product page. Unless otherwise stated, the default activation limit is detailed in the product specifications.
  • Sharing, selling, or transferring license keys to third parties is strictly prohibited.
  • Commercial use is prohibited unless explicitly permitted in the relevant product's license terms.
  • In the event of a license violation, SSilistre Shop reserves the right to revoke the license without prior notice.
  • Time-limited licenses are valid for the duration specified on the product page from the date of purchase. The license expires automatically at the end of this period.

6. Payment Terms

All payments are processed through Stripe, a secure payment infrastructure provider. Accepted currencies are TRY, USD, and EUR. Credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods supported by Stripe are accepted.

The Buyer's card information is never stored on SSilistre Shop servers; all payment data is processed and secured directly by Stripe. For subscription-based products, automatic payments are charged at the specified intervals. The Buyer may manage and cancel their subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights pertaining to digital products, educational content, software, designs, and other materials offered through SSilistre Shop belong to Semih Silistre. A purchase grants the Buyer only the limited usage rights specified in the relevant product's license terms. Copying, distributing, reverse engineering, or unauthorized sharing of products with third parties is prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

SSilistre Shop provides digital products "as is." No warranty is given that products will meet the Buyer's specific needs or expectations. SSilistre Shop shall not be held liable for any indirect, special, or incidental damages arising from the use of products.

The total liability of SSilistre Shop under this Agreement shall in all cases be limited to the amount paid by the Buyer for the relevant product.

9. Amendments

SSilistre Shop reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. The updated Agreement takes effect on the date it is published on the website. The Buyer is advised to review the current Agreement regularly. Continued use of the services after an update constitutes acceptance of the changes.

10. Dispute Resolution

The laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply to any disputes arising from this Agreement. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction. The Consumer may apply to the relevant provincial or district Consumer Arbitration Committee based on the annually announced monetary thresholds. Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over disputes exceeding these thresholds.

11. Effective Date

This Agreement enters into force on the date it is approved electronically by the Buyer. Completion of a purchase constitutes acceptance of all terms of this Agreement.
